Responsible for coordinating pre-production through event execution; scheduling, prop sourcing, vendor communication, and logistics management for brand activations across NYC.

Daily tasks included maintaining production schedules and run-of-show documents in Google Workspace, tracking budgets and purchase orders, and managing asset libraries and creative references.

Assisting with drafting floor plans and layout adjustments in Adobe Illustrator or SketchUp.

Oversaw onsite fabrication; load-in/load-out, day-of-event operations by managing checklists, troubleshooting with vendors, and communicating updates.
